1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and habajji ("habajji", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the habajji website at habajji.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

habajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always published at habajji.net/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown in the header of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the habajji platform following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through habajji, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and instant games. In addition to these Terms, you agree to be bound by habajji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of all current and future features, tools, services, and content made available by habajji. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and habajji relating to your use of the platform, whether written or oral.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with habajji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing habajji for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a habajji employee, consultant, or immediate family member of a habajji employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from habajji or any affiliated platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or problem gambling list applicable to the habajji platform.

2.1 Age Verification

habajji employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all registered players. During this process, you will be required to submit a valid form of photographic identification — primarily a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID). Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable period may result in restrictions being applied to your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

habajji reserves the right to suspend any account and freeze any associated funds pending completion of age and identity verification. Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the source payment method.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the habajji platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. habajji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of habajji services, you must complete the habajji Login registration process by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. habajji relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process your transactions, and communicate with you. The provision of false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide at a minimum:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your National Identity Card.
• A valid personal email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth.
• A secure password for your habajji Login credentials.
• Your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are responsible for keeping your habajji Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. habajji will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact habajji support immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your habajji account. habajji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to provide an additional layer of security for your habajji Login. habajji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must promptly notify habajji of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number or email address. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, transaction processing, and the delivery of important account notifications.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

habajji supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in BDT. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits, processing times, and verification requirements described in this section and on the banking page of the habajji platform.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following methods:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; typically credited within 60 seconds.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; typically credited within 60 seconds.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500; processing times may vary.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500; processing times may vary.

Deposits made to the habajji platform must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited. habajji reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source and to apply additional account restrictions pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. habajji applies the following general conditions to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• You must have successfully completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an open bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement.
• habajji targets a processing time of within 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours; actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume.
• habajji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

4.3 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your habajji account, or a withdrawal has not been received, you must contact habajji support within 7 calendar days of the transaction date, providing the transaction reference number from your mobile wallet provider. habajji will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the habajji platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as published in the habajji Help Centre. The following general rules apply across all habajji betting and gaming products.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

habajji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has begun, bets based on erroneous odds arising from a technical error, and bets that habajji has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the habajji platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is accepted are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds at which you initially selected the market. In the event of a manifest error in odds (palpable error), habajji reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to your account.

5.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket is habajji's primary sports betting product. In-play betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures is available subject to market availability. All cricket betting is subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (ECB, BCCI, ICC, BCB). Abandoned, postponed, or void matches are settled according to habajji's sport-specific cricket rules, available in the Help Centre.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are provided by third-party certified game studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). habajji does not modify game mathematics. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

habajji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the habajji promotions page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• habajji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed, without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on restricted markets or games (as specified in the promotion terms) will not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.2 Abuse and Manipulation

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate habajji's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit, or engaging in any form of bonus arbitrage — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. habajji reserves the right to void any associated bets, forfeit any bonus funds and derived winnings, and permanently close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the habajji platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the habajji platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your habajji account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other tool to interact with the habajji platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the habajji platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening habajji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to habajji's systems, servers, databases, or other technical infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true geographic location or IP address in order to circumvent platform restrictions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

habajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your habajji account at any time by contacting habajji customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be cancelled upon account closure, and no equivalent compensation will be provided.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your habajji account — whether initiated by you or by habajji — your access to the platform will be terminated. All personally identifiable data associated with your account will be retained by habajji for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with habajji's Privacy Policy.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who close their account under habajji's self-exclusion programme will be prevented from re-registering for the duration of their selected exclusion period. habajji takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will not lift a self-exclusion early, regardless of the circumstances.
